Login though ICAT+ instead of ICAT

If the login is done via ICAT+ we can initialize the cache automatically saving time and unnecessary queries into ICAT. For instance:

• We can get the investigations in the cache
• Roles
• Etc...

This will allow to manage the expiration much better.
