Hi Alex, Here are the new FTOMO entries that I need:

• TOMO_ZMot : char, motor mnemonic
• TOMO_ZStart : float, initial position of the motor 1st stage
• TOMO_ZDelta : float, incremental value of the stage
• TOMO_ZNsteps : Number of stage
