Simplify manual MX action items

In line with my previous email, I think we could lighten the presentation of the characterisation and the dataset collection when it is executed manually and not within an MXPress workflow.

There is indeed a lot of redundant information loaded and displayed in the list view when a user is running a characterisation manually
