Logbook new comment default text

• add a new comment in the logbook
• right after, add a new comment: the text of the previous comment is displayed in the text area of the new comment (should be empty)

It may be because the we have a delay to refresh the page (at least I cannot reproduce when I try to add a new comment a few minutes later)
