Modify message on samplesheet selection

We (UO) propose to change the message when a sample short name is not filled in (item SAMPLE in a parcel): from "- Sample is required for type SAMPLESHEET" to "Select one from the SAMPLE FORMS declared in the A form for that session using the pull down menu."
