MX create collection lines by 'position number'

Metadata to be aded by mxcube

Currently groups are created by set of actions leading to a datacollection. This does not work in some cases and should be replaced by a more acurate method using a metadata coming from MXCube : 'position number'

Workflows should not be affected by this.
