Display reimbursed parcels

The number of reimbursed parcels is now synchronized from the User Portal. It is stored in the metadata reimbursedParcels of the investigation . Example https://data2.esrf.fr/investigation/1430530690/datasets

It could be displayed in the Prepare page, to be discussed with UO and BDO?
