Display user's investigations

It would be nice to be able to display the investigations where a given user is a participant/PI/CI. This information should be displayed only for admin. The search of the user can be same as in Beamline Permissions (or by username). We could then display:

• Proposal
• Beamline
• Start
• Title
• A-Form
• Roles (PI, CI, Participant)
• User information family name, given name, email

Need to add an endpoint in icat+: icat-plus#514 (closed)
