MX: Remove `show actions`

The show actions button allows expanding all actions by default. People tick it and then forget about it, making the UI a display a lot lesser things than it could (they do not need the full detail most of the time)

I think it would be better to remove it and keep only the individual expand by cliking on the header as implemented in !314 (merged)
