Choose by scanType

I propose to:

1. Develop a combo box (or equivalent) generic component that based on a metadata parameter (e.g: scanType) and investigationId then it shows the values of the dataset parameters related to such investigation. Ideally it supports multi and single selection and triggers the selection as usual (onChange)
2. Add this component to the MX side bar
3. Hide/show actions based on selection
