Improve reprocessing config

  • VITE_EWOKS_URL can be removed as it is useless (no direct access to ewoks anymore)
  • ewoks.enabled should be renamed reprocessing.enabled
  • ewoks.enabled is only used in the ReprocessPanel so only this is not showing when disabled. The whole Reprocessing menu and everything related should be hidden.
