Add workflow steps and logs

As agreed, workflow can report partial status of the steps, and logs icat-plus!566 (merged).

A step is something not defined which might vary depending on the workflow. For instance, a step could be SCALING, INDEXING, PHASING or the individual execution nodes like EDNA, XIA2_DIALS, etc...

As first approach the UI needs to display the list of steps and logs
