Loading datasets by instrument takes too long

It takes long time to load this page:

I presume it happens because of the query with nested=true:

Besides, the result is not the expected as it is not grouping by sample but by dataset:

We need to parametrize the list of datasets that is currently done by investigation and have the possibility to give the instrument name.
