Resolve "Add Globus link download"

If a collection exists in Globus, the download button is replaced by a dropdwon button, allowing the user to choose between downloading via the Data portal or Globus:
downloadDataset
downloadDatasetMenu

The different collections available in Globus are configured into the UI file.
