Resolve "Add H5Viewer support"

Added a link to the files which extension is .h5 as well as a button to open the viewer

@bocciare @loic.huder In order to do tests the URL where the h5viewer is located can be configured via query param:

http://localhost:3000/investigation/116934142/datasets?h5viewerURL=http://h5viewerURL.esrf.fr

If the parameter is not present then the default will be localhost:3000
