Improve samples investigation

• Create a separate tab (instead of having the list of the samples in the proposal tab)
• add links to the datasets related to a sample
• Number of datasets per sample (statistics?)
• allow the user to modify the sample information (eg add description for non SMIS samples)
• add links with logbook?
