We have had many clients who accidentally validated their parcel with a "Yes" and ended up with "this parcel contains dangerous items" on the label. I did it myself yesterday when preparing a parcel for an industrial client

You need to be aware that often the client is in a hurry, he just sees "declare your parcel" and clicks Yes:

Then we receive panicked emails from clients, we have to email Safety to inform them the samples are not dangerous, email the client to reassure him, he has to white-out the sentence on his labels, etc etc etc

Can you please reword this box somehow - perhaps repeat the question "Does your parcel contain dangerous goods" right in front of the Y/N options ? In any case, it needs to be much clearer - bold, red, capitals, anything!
