Add new status TAKEN BACK BY USERS

In the latest specifications of the parcel workflow (https://confluence.esrf.fr/display/PROJSAMPLETRACKING/Parcel+status+diagram), parcels can be brought at the ESRF and taken back by users.

This means that, once the parcel is at BEAMLINE, one should be able to update the status to BACK AT STORES (for shipping back or destruction) or to a new status TAKEN BACK BY USERS.

Similarly, once a parcel is BACK AT STORES and has no return address, DESTROYED should not be the only option anymore: one could be able to choose between DESTROYED and TAKEN BACK BY USERS.

This new status should then be added in the front-end but also in the back-end.
