Shipment name generated automatically

When I configure shipping for the first time and a shipment is created, the name I provide in the form is ignored. It ends up being set automatically by the server to shipment.

• Should we remove the name field?
• Is the shipment's name relevant to users? I.e. do we need to display it on the shipping page?
