In-place creation of default shipping/return addresses

When starting a shipment, going to the top menu Shipping/Addresses is not straitforward. maybe this list can be removed from the top menu (or keep it just to be able to remove an address from the list) and only kept at the shipment or parcel level: Similarly as what happens when no address is found in the db, we have a message saying please create a new one: In general one could have the choice between a pull down menu with all addresses or the possibility to add a new address: If new address is selected , this would bring us to the interface And at the bottom one would have a "Save and go back to may shipment" or "Go back to my shipment"
