Apply name convention to the logbook section at the UI configuration file

Fields should use same convention as the rest of file: https://gitlab.esrf.fr/icat/E-DataPortal/-/blob/master/src/config/ui/config.js#L23

Example: EVENTS_PER_PAGE -> eventsPerPage
