CDI mode analysis: incorrect alignment for 2D solutions

For 2D CDI, the alignment of solutions when performing mode analysis is incorrect.

For example with the tutorial example CXIDB26:

It is however correct if the phase ramp fitting is activated:

And the issue doe not exist for 3D objects.
