[Loaders] Move Loaders to braggptycho.io and add nanomax loader.

  • make __init__.py file in io and make BraggPtychoLoader, Geometry, ID01BPLoader, ID13BPLoader and NanoMAXBPLoader available at the io level.
  • add generic method in Loader class
  • add NanoMAXBPLoader
  • add NanoMAX geometry in Geometry factory method
