Update scan metadata to describe used X axis

Since the merge of bliss!3790 (merged) it is possible to tell which X axis to plot without changing the acquisition chain description.

Even more the acauisition chain is probably not used anymore.

It would be good to update the scans provided by fscan before the release of 1.9 (october).

I can handle the stuff, but in case remind me to take a look.
