CT2: several improvements

The patch adds several features:

• CT2 Device:

  • Integrator functionality (do not reset on EOC)
  • Card config reference to a P201 card object (instead of default)

• SPEC:

  • Multi point sequence per count (through counter_par)
  • Flexible counter configuration (no need to define the timer)
  • Support multiple boards in flexible (explicit) Master/Slave configuration
  • Update Doc

Supersedes !2637 (closed)
