Fix beacon web config import + UI improvements

Web configuration:

• Fixed bug preventing browsing of sessions
• Various UI improvements
  • Open/close folder icon upon expand/collaspe
  • do not hide tree buttons while scrolling a large treeview
  • hide TODO message... not useful for the user
  • more file extensions icons + start to handle binary files
