Improve error handling for Lima and readis clients

Here is few improvement to handle reading of image as strong as possible.

  • Care about video format unsupported
  • Care about accuracy of the frame id from the video attribute
  • With unittest

This should improve the desplay from Lima camera with acquisition configured using INTERNAL_TRIGGER.

The last problem is about the frame id from INTERNAL_TRIGGER #1141 (closed) but it is out of my scope. I did not reach deep inside.
