Backport disable_print

Valentin Valls requested to merge backport-disable-print into master

Backport of !6165 (merged) to BLISS 2.1

In the future it would be good to think about removing any print from the BLISS core. Or allow to switch on/off such information in a better way -> without impacting the global state of the application.

For example, a change on acceleration could be considered as a log info, and such log could be hidden with local context.
