Backport disable_print
Backport of !6165 (merged) to BLISS 2.1
In the future it would be good to think about removing any print from the BLISS core.
Or allow to switch on/off such information in a better way -> without impacting the global state
of the application.
For example, a change on acceleration could be considered as a log info, and such log could be hidden with local context.
