Flint: Early support of flint without beacon

Valentin Valls requested to merge flint-without-beacon into master

This MR rework few stuffs to allow to launch Flint without Beacon

On the demo session this can be used the following way

REDIS_DATA_HOST=redis://localhost:10003 flint -s demo_session --no-rpc --no-persistence

And then you can run scans from the BLISS shell as usual
