Demo: Clean up data and properties

This MR clean up data and properties used by the demo session.

  • Get ride of the Lima plugin and use custom camera instead
    • This allows to play with image_roi which was not possible before
  • Added device properties instead of setting them at demo session runtime
  • Move data from bliss package to demo/data
    • Te link to the data is part of the beacon configuration of each device
