Robustness on test_iter_software_position_trigger_master

Closes #2828 (closed)

This make the test_iter_software_position_trigger_master a bit more robust by using

• a bigger absolute error for each values
• median to check the cumulative error.

Flaky flag was removed.

I was not able to reproduce the problem with a CPU stress test.
