Flint: Make sure plotinit is still working

Merged Valentin Valls requested to merge valentin.valls/bliss:fix-plotinit into master

This MR fix a regression on plotinit.

Now a test was added at the right place to make sure it is still working.

This have to be merged for BLISS 1.8
