Resolve "sample_name cannot be used in a scan_saving template"

Wout De Nolf requested to merge 2465-sample_name-cannot-be-used-in-a-scan_saving-template into master

  • Allow EvalParametersWardrobe properties that are not in Redis to be used in templates.
  • Allow ESRFScanSaving.sample_name to be used in templates. As usual it's a matter of passing eval_dict around and avoiding circular template evaluation.
