Replace anyway the previous plot model if there was none

This MR fix problem with some scan sequences creating exception in the GUI side.

The issue was due to the fact ct and loopscan (or other) can use the same acquisition chaine. Plus the fact that the code was not protected if not yet initialized.

This MR make it better stronger.
