Tango Emotion issues

Several issues are fixed in this merge request:

• Tango/gevent thread-related issues around dev_state
• Beacon backed did not allow to specify None as a default setting value
• Synchronous implementation of Mockup stop_all; prepared for a future read_all
• Issue in motion Group if premature errors are raised
