Flint: Trunc data for timescan

Valentin Valls requested to merge valentin.valls/bliss:truncate-timescan-channels into master

This is a hack to trunc channels which do not have the same siize.

This can be applied for default scans, but only enabled here for timescan.

  • A warning will be displayed in the flint log in case of truncation
  • You will not know anymore the real size of your data channel in flint

That's a hack and have to be reworked. But it can help people to work.
