Fix no master in scan_info

Valentin Valls requested to merge valentin.valls/bliss:fix-no-master-in-scaninfo into master

This MR allow flint to deal with scalar scan without master.

  • Manage curve items without x
  • Add unittests
  • Add simulated scan without master
  • Few fixes relative to sync and exception handling

@cyril.guilloud @berruyer fell free to merge it.
