Flint: get_live_plot with default curve is not working at startup

The API get_live_plot("default-curve") is not able to retrieve the plot at start up. If the default curve plot if always created by Flint at start up.

As result there is no way to tune remotely the axes, for example.

The problem looks to be because the plot do not contains any plot model.

Test to relax this constrain, and check if there is no side effects.

An empty plot model could also be created, which is probably the safer way to handle the limitation.
