Bliss freezes scan when we do copy-paste during the scan

We start the scan
The progress bar is progressing
During the scan we mark the text using the mouse from the terminal to do copy-paste
The progress bar stops to update and flint does not show new points on the graph
Additionally we see that our scan is stopped looking at the oscilloscope connected to the beam monitor (this means that the scan is really stopped)
We click back on the terminal window and press enter, scan resumes
