INTERNAL_TRIGGER acquisitions are not linked properly in HDF5 file

In INTERNAL_TRIGGER mode, a scan is a sequence of single acquisitions. Lima cannot put the frames in the same file, because it does not know the frames are part of the same scan. The Writer should know this, and should make the links in order to have access to the files from the single "master" file.
