Split Lima and BLISS env
Here is a proposal to split BLISS and Lima env.
Rational:
- Lima and BLISS depends on same binary libraries.
- As result there is strong constraints which do not allow to upgrade the libs the way we want
- There is no real dependency between Lima and BLISS
- On real beamlines we do not expect Lima to be launched from BLISS env
- Lima simulator is launched by BLISS tests but could be launched from another env
- The demo session could do the same
One solution could be to split the conda env, one for BLISS and on for Lima.
Con:
- This will enforce people using pytest to setup a bit more complex env (an extra conda env for lima)
