timescan and MCA block size
When stopping a timescan before reaching 100 points, we don't get any MCA data (if the block size is 100). Should we flush the incomplete block at the end of the scan? When you do a loopscan of lets say 101 points with a block size of 100, you get 101 points of MCA data so there must already be some incomplete block flushing mechanism.
