cen/peak/com not working for long scans

Feedback from ID22

  • Function like cen(), peak(), com() uses scan.get_data.
  • As it only uses Redis cache to reach data the computation is not done on the whole acquired value
  • Sometimes channel sizes do not match anymore

In the writer file everything is fine: About 20000 points per channels
