Tango attribute as counter in scan - no data in the scan file
Counter (srcurr) declared as tango_attribute_as counter. No matter if the counter is selected or not with plotselect, the data is not in the scan file. When opening with pymca, in the measurement submenu, it says fe Group, all other counters are marked Dataset. The configuration of the counter is this:
class: tango_attr_as_counter
uri: //acs:10000/fe/master/id30
counters:
- name: srcurr
attr_name: SR_Current
- unit: mA
- format: "3.2f"
- mode: SINGLE
The counter shows on ct, but does not on a scan or in the scan file. Here is an example:
TST [1]: timescan(0.1, srcurr, npoints=10)
Out [1]: Scan(number=7, name=timescan, path=/users/blissadm/scans/tst/20201119/data.h5)
F5 shows:
date : Thu Nov 19 10:33:12 2020
file : /users/blissadm/scans/tst/20201119/data.h5
user : blissadm
session : tst
masters : [ timer:elapsed_time ]
skipped : [ ]
unselected: [ 'fe/master/id30:srcurr' ]
(use plotselect to custom this list)
| timer
# | dt[s]
------------|------------
0 | 0.00000
1 | 0.102125

When using plotselect, the F5 shows the counter
