This change the default.

 + adapted the encoder test

This code comes from John Wright.

Return the **real** encoder position and **error** position if enabled
in configuration.

This filter encoder can be use either on a very high resolution encoder
(lot of noise) or on a low precision encoder to take advantage of
the resolution of the axis itself.

It's now easier to add counter in inherited Encoder class.

`read_position` can now be set to `encoder` to read the hardware position
from the encoder instead of the controller.

Before only class of axis could change the default class.
